Selecting our features and fittings was made very simple by Grant’s suppliers at Plumbing World and Flooring Extra, where again we received clear advice and were not rushed into any decisions. I loved the way we made our selections and then were free to just walk out of the shop as everything else was taken care of by The Renovators.
We were kept informed every step of the way and the crew of workman were a great team had great skills and awesome personalities. The house was always left clean and neat at the end of the day and the utmost effort was made to ensure the length of time without particular facilities was kept to a minimum.
Grant’s patience and sense of humour never faltered despite a succession of extra bits and pieces we kept adding to the work. He always makes us feel that we were valued customers and nothing was too much trouble.
The end result is amazing, we have a bathroom that now has enough space to actually put a bath mat on the floor, a laundry where I can now stand in front of the washing machine to load it and heaps more storage space, plus a more economical, high pressure water system meaning no more trickling showers on winter days. The work has been finished for over a week now and every time I walk past the bathroom I can’t stop myself having a peep in to look at what an amazing transformation Grant and his team have made.
